The departures list is a list of cases that have been booked out or completed that are still currently with the lab. Below the list is a map with the location of each practice that has a departure case & the count of cases for that practice. Clicking on the map pin will filter the list to the cases for that practice.
The list of cases includes filters on:
- Practice
- Patient name
- Case type (collection or postal)
- Status
- Stage
- Location
The location can also be updated directly from the list by using the drop-down on the row.
Exports are available for:
- Pickup/Drop-off list
- Printing patient labels
- Printing postage labels
